Had a boss time with me family! The spacious deluxe family suite was just what we needed, plenty of room for everyone to chill. Only downside was it being a bit far from the centre, but the kids loved the grass area to run about. Sound stay overall!

The Smorgasbord meal in the hotel was a standout, offering an impressive selection of both European and Asian dishes, along with a tempting dessert bar that catered well to our large group. The Deluxe upstairs room was cozy with great amenities like a bathtub, heat pump for warmth, and quality toiletries that made our stay quite enjoyable.
We faced a few hiccups. our room was not prepared upon arrival, and basic items like hand soap were missing. The miscommunication about late check-out was pretty frustrating, with staff showing up to remind us to leave earlier than expected, which was a bit alarming. the kitchenware wasn't fully stocked for our family of four, requiring us to request extra items like towels and dinnerware upon arrival.

Comfortable Family Getaway with Great Dining Options!
We enjoyed our one-night stay in an Economy Budget Room. The staff were friendly and the all-you-can-eat dining experience exceeded our expectations with a variety of well-cooked dishes. A quick tip , check the heating in budget rooms, as it can be a bit chilly in winter!

The spaciousness of the two-bedroom suite truly impressed, providing a comfortable stay for our family. An added bonus was the wonderful homemade muffins that really highlighted the hotel’s attention to guest comfort. the property itself appeared somewhat tired, and the external maintenance could use some attention. Despite those exterior issues, the comfortable beds and well-stocked kitchenette made it a worthwhile stay, well-priced for the amenities provided.
